The week beginning the 9th of November, students celebrated Science Week 2020 at Carndonagh CS. Students had the opportunity this year to try out some science experiments from home. A special thanks to Ms. J. Doherty for organising a lunchtime workshop where several students got the opportunity to create their very own acrobatic clowns and balancing butterflies. As always, thanks to the Art Department for judging the entries.
Mr. Curran organised a Covid-19 crisis poster competition. We had several high-quality entries; it's clear to see there are some very talented students in CCS.
Ms. Gilmore, who organised the 'Experiments @ Home' initiative was very impressed with the results, which can be see in the above photo album (Caution: Lava!) Canteen vouchers on their way to participants. Well done to all.
