As part of their Future Leaders module, TYC hosted a Gaelic Football session for our Ukrainian pupils consisting of fun games followed by training drills. They worked on skills such as handpassing, kickpassing, the pick, solo, bounce and shooting, then finished the afternoon with a game.
Well done to TYC who organised the event. Some took up coaching roles, while others became equipment managers, photographers, drill instructors and players. It was a very successful event. There's even speculation that there might be a couple of budding Michael Murphys and Ryan McHughs in the group...
