Earlier this year, Fifth Years Imogen McCallion and Alanna McLaughlin hosted a Bake Sale & Raffle in the Áras in aid of James Connolly Memorial Hospital Carndonagh. In May, they presented a cheque for €660 to the hospital. Huge credit goes to Imogen and Alanna for a fantastic, well-organised fundraiser.

Transition Year pupils Aoife McDermott and Jessica McLaughlin have their eyes firmly set on the Junk Kouture World Final (destination TBA). Their dress ‘Blind Ambition’ was one of twelve chosen out of 69 in the Dublin City Final on Wednesday (13th May). To top it off, Miss Ireland Caoimhe Kenny showcased the dress at the Cannes Film Festival last night. Today we gather with heavy hearts to remember Lewis, a young man whose loss has left an enormous void in our school, our community, and in the lives of all who knew and loved him.
