The 5th Year LCA group visited the Rally School on Wednesday for a practical, hands-on session focused on road safety, vehicle maintenance, and real-world driving awareness. NW Academy TY Workshop
The NW Academy visited CCS recently, joining our TY students for three lively workshops: bodhrán, jiving, and table tennis. The school was full of rhythm, movement and plenty of friendly competition. Students threw themselves into each activity with great enthusiasm and really enjoyed the experience. A big thank you to the NW Academy for bringing such energy, fun and creativity to our day! Concern Debate Competition Opener
The all-new CCS debating team met Magh Ene of Bundoran on Friday to oppose the motion that: 'Disinformation is the biggest threat to peace in 2025' . The team, made up of all girls this year, gave a wonderful first performance. Their speeches were well-researched and they each spoke confidently about their topics opposing the motion. CCS Bake Off - Round 2
Round 2 of this year's Bake Off was a spectacular exhibition of treat creation. Nine talented students baked a batch of cupcakes with a Seasonal/Autumnal theme. A Celebration of Dance and Community

CPR Skills Workshop with the Red Cross
A big thank you to Geraldine from the Red Cross who delivered an excellent CPR skills workshop to our TYC and TYD classes. This was an invaluable and practical lesson — one that could truly make a difference in an emergency situation. Learning how to perform CPR equips students with the confidence and knowledge to take life-saving action when it matters most. U15 Boys Soccer - CCS 1 Moville 4
The Carn boys knew they were facing a challenge today against a serious Moville outfit. Having said that, suggestions of a heavy defeat were quickly hushed as CCS looked to have their lines well prepared. Despite going behind from a corner, the boys didn't flinch and equallised soon after thanks to a lovely finish from Jonah McNally (goalkeeper Ronnie Bonner with the assist!).
