Congratulations to our U17 girls and their coaches, Ms. Danielle Doherty and Ms. Shannon McLaughlin, who won a rip-roaring FAI Schools Ulster Final against a strong Loreto Letterkenny in Maginn Park. Caitlin Doherty and Cache Crumlish put CCS 2-0 up before Loreto came roaring back, the last kick of normal time making it 2-2. Extra-time only delayed the celebrations though as goal machine Cache Crumlish scored the winner in the 2nd half of ET. The All-Ireland semi-final is up next and the girls will certainly be ready for the challenge...
