Home Ec. Trip to the Wild Garlic Table

Fifth Year Home Ec. pupils recently enjoyed a day at the Wild Garlic Table, where they prepared fruit cocktail, Foccacia, pea and mint soup, chicken tacos with guacamole and pineapple salsa, and chocolate raspberry tray bake. Many thanks to our lovely host, Pauline.
