5th Year LCA Hotel Catering & Tourism class, along with their Home Ec. teacher Ms. Sweeney, recently organised a Mexican-themed 3-course lunch for some lucky members of staff. And when they say themed, they mean THEMED! Very authentic, folks. Well done!
