Transition Year Student Jack Lafferty TYC has won the Special Recognition Award in the NFTE Finals held in Dublin on Tuesday 16th May. Every year, over 6,000 students take part in the national competition and this year Jack was the only student to receive this award. He will now go on to Vienna in Austria in September to take part in the European Awards. On the day, Donegal showcased their entrepreneurial skills winning three out of the four competitions.
