"The Hostess with the Mostess"

Many thanks to Margaret McDermott in Ballyliffin Lodge for providing a Hospitaliaty Workshop for the TYs. Greeting customers, setting a table for formal setting, taking orders, serving food and drinks, customer service - some of the topics covered in the workshop. Margaret made sure the students did not go home hungry. Lunch was provided and it was a very welcome treat for the students. Thanks to Margaret from the TYs and Ms. Farren.
