The first COVID-era sports event involving a school team took place on Thursday, 4th November. The camogie girls, some of whom are current Donegal Minor champions, took part in a double-header against St. Columba's Stranorlar and Buncrana. In the first match, CCS ran away with the scoreline against St. Columba; 4-7 to 1-1. The second game was a humdinger, with the Buncrana girls eventually overcoming CCS by a score of 5-8 to 4-2. Overall, the pupils and staff involved were delighted to see sports kick off in CCS again.
